Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by a staff member or Dr. Schiermyer. Unlike most doctors’ offices where appointments can feel rushed and impersonal, Dr. Schiermyer allows you the time to fully discuss your symptoms and concerns. He will do the necessary work-up (examinations and diagnostics) and discuss if more testing or advanced imaging are necessary. He will make sure that your condition is something he can truly help you with. If not, he will work with you to get you to the appropriate healthcare provider. (It’s Dr. Schiermyer’s goal to make sure you get the attention and help that you need and deserve, even if that means he doesn’t treat you!)

If treatment is appropriate for your condition, and you’ve been accepted as a patient, he will develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs, providing individualized care that is tailored to your specific health goals. He will go over insurance and any costs associated with your treatment. You will know exactly what to expect. Nothing will get missed!
